AB & Asociados, Dr Carlos Vignale and Sergio Borasino created EEC Spanish School to satisfy an increasing demand of university graduates and students who wanted to study Spanish abroad and learn about the Latin Culture.
AB & Asociados was founded in 1995. Since then, they have been offering HR solutions to local and multinational companies such as Gillette (Procter & Gamble), Microsoft, AT&T, Alcatel, British American Tobacco, TIM, Plus Petrol, among others.
Dr. Carlos Vignale has over 50 years of working experience in education under his belt. For the last 16 years, he worked as director of the official German School in Peru, Alexander Von Humboldt, where among other responsibilities, he led the adaptation process of German immigrants to Peru, supervising their education and their progress with the Spanish language.
Mr. Borasino has over 7 years of professional experience in the Marketing, fast moving consumer goods working in Brand Management for Procter & Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser in Latin America and Europe. Sergio earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration at the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, and his M.B.A. at INSEAD in France. He has lived and worked in seven different countries and he has been to over sixty countries in the five continents.
