These are fun activities that help all EEC Spanish School students practice Spanish and learn more about Latin-American culture, habits and traditions. They take place in the afternoon (4pm) and all EEC students can attend them free. (Group Intensive/Survival Course students and/or Private Course Students)

Latin American Films are shown such as “No se lo Digas a Nadie”- Peru, “Tu mama Tambien” Mexico, “Nueve Reinas” Argentina, etc. |

Interact with Peruvians. You will have the chance to have a talk to different Peruvians e.g. An “Empleada” (Cleaning and Cooking Lady), a University Professor, an Electrical Engineer, a Taxi Driver, among others. |

Every other Wednesday a lunch with a member EEC staff is organized. He will take you to the best places to try typical Peruvian food. Please note you will have to pay for your lunch. |

Cultural Presentations. Our guest speaker will talk about different subjects related to the sociopolitical reality in Latin-America. Some example: “Racism in LA”, “Competition among Latin American Countries”, “Latin American Presidents and Policies”, “The accents of Latin America”, “Historical perspective of Latin America”. |

Are reserved for tourist activities. We will advice students on what to visit but we will not lead the tours. If requested by a group of minimum 4, a Tourist visit could be organized over the weekend. |
